Ashpot Cottage, of timber framed construction, is the largest of our holiday homes on offer.

With  four upstairs bedroom, and a further bedroom/study downstairs, Ashpot Cottage can accommodate up to eight people.  With stair gates, fireguard and enclosed rear garden, this cottage is particularly suitable for families.  Cots and highchairs are available on request.

Use of the leisure club (subject to availability), and the main grounds are still included with Ashpot Cottage.

Accommodation comprises:

  • Large kitchen/dining room with range style cooker, dishwasher & washing machine

  • Lounge with inglenook fireplace and open fire, leading to:

  • Conservatory with doors to patio and enclosed garden

  • Downstairs bedroom 5 with single bed     

  • Hallway with downstairs WC and stairs with a turn leading to:

  • Master bedroom, with 5ft double bed and en-suite shower room

  • Further double bedroom, a twin room and another single

  • Family bathroom, with cast iron claw footed bath

  • Use of Private Health and Leisure Club included (see Facilities)

  • No Smoking

 

Pricing

  • Towel hire is available if required at £4 per person per break.

  • All heating and power provided

  • Bed linen provided

  • Free use of Kenwick Park Health and Leisure Club. (subject to availability)

  • Cot and highchair free of charge (subject to availability)

  • Ashpot Cottage should be available for guests from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on  the day of departure.

  • Please note maximum occupancy 8 persons (plus ONE child under two using a cot)

  • Dogs are welcome at a charge of £20 per week, but owners are requested to ensure their pet does not jump on the furniture, and that any mess in the garden or grounds is picked up and binned, we would also appreciate it if owners brought their pets bedding and bowl.
